Seteta / ሰተታ — Woven Grass Injera Lifter

Handwoven from natural grass, the seteta slides under a thin injera and lifts it off the mitad whole — no tearing, no sticking, no scratching the plate. Generations of Ethiopian and Eritrean kitchens have found nothing better. Each piece is made by hand, so weave and size vary slightly.

Wipe clean with a dry cloth only. Never soak or wash — keep it dry and it lasts years.
