Dagussa, known also as finger millet or ragi, is one of East Africa's oldest and most nourishing grains. Milled here into a fine, mildly nutty flour, it is traditionally used for flatbreads and porridge, stirred into yoghurt, and valued as an ingredient in traditional brewing. Naturally free from gluten and rich in fibre, calcium and iron, dagussa is a wholesome everyday flour for the whole family.
